LAWRENCEBURG, IN — The Indiana State Police Versailles Post says a DUI patrol near Lawrenceburg on Friday, July 31, led to two impaired drivers being taken off Dearborn County roadways. Sgt. Stephen Wheeles said the enforcement effort also resulted in several other drug- and alcohol-related citations and arrests. Troopers reported 37 traffic citations and 43 warnings during the patrol. Officials said the operation was part of a continued effort to address criminal activity on local roads and in nearby communities.
Patrol Results In Detail
Along with the two impaired drivers removed from the road, troopers said there were six other alcohol-related arrests and 11 criminal arrests.
