Oh, the places you’ll go! My future plans are:
I will be attending Illinois State University to study Psychology with a minor in Children’s Studies.
Go Gators! My favorite memory from high school is:
My favorite memory was the German American Partnership Program exchange. I learned so much and grew as a person during the trip. It was amazing to build close connections with friends and a sisterhood with my exchange partner.
I would love to give a big thank you to:
Mr. Delzell was an amazing teacher who always showed his support for students on a daily basis. My interest for German language and culture will continue for the rest of my life due to all I have learned and experienced in his class. Mrs. Stevenson was also an amazing club advisor who helped me grow in confidence to become a leader through Gator Leadership Crew and the Executive Board.
If I could go back in time, the advice I would give my freshman self is:
Have fun! Get involved with a variety of different things, because that is the best way to meet new people and get the most out of the four short years of high school.
Words of Wisdom:
Always be kind to one another. The environment you create throughout the school and the community will leave a lasting impact on everyone around you.
