Jessica Gwizdak

Oh, the places you’ll go! My future plans are:
I will be attending Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. I won some freshman scholarships for my SAT score from junior year.
Go Gators! My favorite memory from high school is:
My favorite memories from high school all come from playing softball. I’ve met some of my closest friends through it and I wish I could’ve had my last year to play it. Last year we had dance offs on the bus and we had a secret twizzler stash in the dugout just for the coaches. We came up with different home run celebrations to do for every home run anyone him on the team.
I would love to give a big thank you to:
I would like to thank Mrs. Bulman for everything she’s done during quarantine. Every time I could’ve even hinted that something could be wrong in my life she always emails me right away checking up on me. She truly cares for each and every one of her students and she’s making sure were learning as much as we can without overbearing us. I wish she could’ve been my teacher for longer.
If I could go back in time, the advice I would give my freshman self is:
School really isn’t as bad as you always thought it was! At this point in my senior year, I wish I could’ve appreciated what I had at the time. I miss all the late nights of studying and the traffic jams in the pit and all the little things about south. Don’t ever take anything for granted because you never know when it’s going to be taken away from you.
Words of Wisdom:
Always talk to your teachers about anything, they are always there to help you and will never ignore you.
My Senior Will:
I, Jessica Gwizdak, my love and appreciation to the class of 2020. We were truly all friends with each other and I’m so grateful to have been able to have my 4 years of high school with all of you.

How I continued my remote learning is:
I’ve been keeping my dog around me as much as I can. He’s made a few guest appearances in my classes and he really helps me get through everything. It’s nice being able to go to class with my dog.
